Over a decade ago, I started my journey as a cook, building a career in the food industry that eventually led me into the heart of hospitality. Through the years, I’ve been blessed with opportunities, working alongside bright individuals, discovering a world of endless possibilities and creating memorable experiences while also finding myself along the way.
Since little, I’ve always loved the idea of being a writer. And many times I’ve considered taking it seriously. But life moves in unexpected ways and with a work schedule that seems endless, that idea seemed more like a dream.
Recently, a sudden layoff provided the unanticipated spark I needed to finally get this project off the ground.
